ACE Energy Empowers Businesses to Reduce Carbon Emissions with Responsive One-Stop Services
Stanley Cheng, General Manager of ACE Energy, suggests that "before implementing carbon neutrality and purchasing carbon credits, businesses should first examine process improvements, replace outdated equipment, introduce energy management systems, and then focus on energy transition, including the construction of self-generated or purchased green electricity, as well as improving energy efficiency in factories and buildings. This is because when carbon pricing is considered in procurement, suppliers who were originally cheaper may no longer be as cost-effective. When it comes to using green electricity, the cost of self-generated green energy is better than purchasing it externally, especially when combined with energy storage systems, making energy usage more efficient. Therefore, business energy planning should not just focus on energy conservation but should also be more comprehensive. It is recommended that electricity users start with energy conservation, further implement energy management, and introduce data analysis. In addition, energy storage is necessary. Through the application of AI data, analyze relevant information about electricity supply and demand. This way, not only can carbon reduction commitments be achieved, but the most valuable green competitiveness can also be realized."
